Founder and Lead Designer, Erica Lee brings over 15 years of experience in design, branding, and creative direction to Studio Lee. Her work is rooted in both aesthetics and execution—shaping homes that are not only visually cohesive, but thoughtfully planned from the ground up.
With experience spanning countless custom homes and renovations, Erica has worked on projects local to the Charlotte, North Carolina area and across the country, including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, South Carolina, Arizona, and Colorado. This breadth of work brings a well-rounded perspective to each project, grounded in both regional context and real-world application.
Known for her ability to bridge design and construction, Erica works closely with builders and trades to ensure every detail is considered and clearly communicated. She is often regarded as more than a designer—bringing a level of technical understanding, organization, and clarity that supports the entire build process.
