What We Offer

Studio Lee provides construction-forward interior design services for residential and boutique commercial projects. Our offerings are structured to integrate seamlessly with builders while guiding homeowners through complex design decisions with clarity and confidence. From early planning through construction, we focus on balanced, functional design solutions that support how spaces are built, how they’re lived in or how they’re used.

  • Design support from early planning through final selections, grounded in the realities of the build. This service is ideal for clients and builders seeking clarity, coordination, and thoughtful material decisions from the start.

  • Design guidance for large-scale renovations, additions, and remodels where structure, flow, and long-term use matter. The focus is on informed decision-making, proportion, and materials that work with the existing architecture.

  • Available for select spaces and projects. This service includes a defined design fee and a minimum furnishings budget.

  • Supporting client near and far, Studio Lee offers virtual design support for clients seeking focused guidance without full-scope services. Through structured consultations and digital presentations, we provide clear direction on layouts, selections, and design decisions—bringing the same balanced, construction-aware approach to projects wherever you are.

Our Process

  • We begin by understanding the project scope, team structure, budget context, and timeline. This phase establishes alignment, defines how we’ll work together, and sets a clear foundation for the design process ahead.

  • Next we focus on shaping the overall direction of the project. During this phase, we explore layout and spatial flow while developing the visual framework for the home or space. Style direction, inspiration, and early material cues are introduced to guide the design before detailed selections begin.

  • This is the core phase of our process and where the majority of design decisions are made. This is when materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and details are fully selected and refined. We coordinate closely with builders and trades as needed, present and review design decisions with the client, and confirm final selections so everything is aligned and approved before moving forward.

This phase is intentional and thorough, ensuring the design is resolved both visually and practically before documentation begins.

  • Once design decisions are finalized, we translate the work into clear, build-ready documentation. This includes organized selection schedules, finish information, and visual references such as renderings when applicable. The goal is to provide clarity for the construction team and reduce guesswork during execution.

  • We remain involved throughout construction to provide continuity between design and build. This phase supports the project team by clarifying design intent, responding to questions, and helping ensure the design is carried through as planned from start to finish.
