  • This is where we roll up our sleeves and get to know you. Through a consultation and questionnaire, we learn how you live, what you love, and what your home needs to feel just right.

  • Think of this as our visual handshake. We gather your inspiration and sprinkle in our ideas to create a design direction we both love before diving into the details.

  • Now we focus on the goods: finishes, materials, fixtures, and all the pretty (and practical) things. You’ll see curated options that fit your vibe and your budget.

  • Here’s where the magic happens. We create 2D or 3D renderings so you can see your design come to life before any hammers swing or credit cards swipe.

  • All your selections are packaged into Spec Sheets—an easy-to-follow design roadmap for your builder. It’s like giving them the cheat code to your dream home.

  • We stick around and continue to be an extension/resource to your builder to make sure every detail is executed as planned, so you can sit back and enjoy the process without second-guessing.

You don’t need to have all the answers upfront—just an idea of what you want to change or improve. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels doable and exciting. Plus we offer HourLee Consulting Sessions that are also a great way to start working with us while we refine your needs.

  • Absolutely! One of the best parts of our process is slightly refined for the virtual setting but we’ve got it down to work seamlessly for you. We’ve completed a handful of virtual home builds without ever stepping foot on-site. From mood boards to product selections and even renderings, we’ll make sure your design is picture-perfect, no matter where you’re located.

  • Definitely! We love partnering with contractors and builders. Our Spec Sheets and design documentation make it easy for your team to follow along and execute the vision without any confusion.

  • We sure do. Our flexible design packages and collaborative approach are a perfect fit for builders who want to elevate their offerings. Whether it’s helping clients select finishes or providing full design documentation, we’ll act as an extension of your team to make the process smooth for everyone involved.

  • It depends on the scope, but most projects take anywhere 3 to 5 months from the discovery phase to finalized design documentation. We’ll provide you with a more specific timeline during the consultation but we start early and get most all of your selections completed before framing!

  • While our primary role is design, we’re happy to be available for additional consultations during the build to ensure everything stays tight to the vision. If more collaboration and communication time is required, that would be billed hourly.

  • While Organic Modern is our specialty, we’re not limited to one style. Our priority is creating spaces that reflect your taste and lifestyle, so every project is uniquely yours.

  • Our Spec Sheets detail all the selections for your project, including product names, finishes, dimensions, and even where to buy them. It’s an easy-to-follow guide for your contractor or builder to bring the design to life.
