Nancy Lane was an all brick, ranch home, built in the late 80’s that was in much need of some modernization and rejuvenation.

This home was gutted and we installed all new white oak hardwood flooring with a custom dark stain, removed all wainscoting and crown molding throughout, livened up the drab color scheme for a natural and neutral palette, and designed this home with a classic design.

Modern touches were sprinkled throughout and additional recessed lighting was installed to brighten the home. The result, a timeless Studio Lee classic!
